Motel rooms and self-contained holiday units on Chapel Street, about 200 metres from the Cowes town centre and beach. Units sleep three to five; eight are fully self-contained and six have corner spa baths, all with queen beds, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, microwave and fridge.

On the grounds there's a seasonal outdoor pool, a barbecue area, a guest laundry, and free WiFi and parking.

Reception runs 9am–6pm with check-in 2pm–6pm and check-out by 10am — contact ahead if you're arriving after hours. Early check-in or late check-out costs $30 an hour, subject to availability.
