Massage and myotherapy run from relaxation and remedial through hot stone, lomi lomi, pregnancy, aromatherapy and reiki massage, plus Island Escape HeadSpa treatments; naturopathy and acupuncture consults are also available.

Massage and myotherapy sit between $85 and $189 depending on length (30–90 minutes) and style, specialty treatments $125–$149 an hour, and naturopathy $190 initial / $120 return. Studio classes — yoga flow, yin yoga and barre pilates — are $22 casual with class packs from $60.

Bookings go through their online Cliniko portal. Gift cards are available, and the studio, consulting room and sauna can be hired.
