National Vietnam Veterans Museum

Museum near the bridge housing interactive exhibits, aircraft and military vehicles from the Vietnam War era.

Australia's national museum of the Vietnam War, at Newhaven just over the bridge. Galleries cover the conflict through veterans' stories, restored aircraft and armaments, military models, the Images of War exhibition and a confronting display on Agent Orange and chemical defoliation, with a Garden of Reflection outside.

Entry is $19 for adults, $10 for children 5–15 (under 5 free), $15 for seniors, $45 for a family of two adults and three kids — and free for serving and former ADF personnel. The Nui Dat Cafe does affordable, generous meals, and there's a gift shop.

Open daily with last entry at 4pm; closed Christmas Day and Good Friday, and closing at 1pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Guided tours for groups of ten or more can be booked ahead, and the building is wheelchair accessible with lift access.
