Cowes' craft brewery, with a taproom on Thompson Avenue pouring a core range — Pale, Hazy IPA, Pilsner, IPA and Porter — plus rotating limited releases, alongside a gold-medal-winning gin from their distilling side. The kitchen does American-style dishes; the burgers get the praise.

Four-packs run $18–$23 for the core range and $40–$46 for limited releases in the online shop, which ships Australia-wide from $5 per 10kg parcel.

Open Wednesday to Sunday; book a table online through EatApp. Pet-friendly, and note the tasting room takes a short break in late winter (closed 23 Aug – 1 Sep).
