Panny's family-owned chocolate factory at Newhaven pairs a ticketed interactive tour — complete with a chocolate waterfall, games, prizes and a bean-to-bar demonstration — with a free-entry shop selling over 100 varieties of chocolate handmade on site. The cafe and restaurant serves Indian and Malaysian meals plus sweet treats and hot chocolate, with a balcony overlooking the island. No bookings needed, but the last tour runs at 4pm.
