San Remo Fisherman's Co-Op

Fish and chips straight off the boats, beside the pelican feeding.

Fishermen's co-operative on the San Remo waterfront, trading since 1948 and still selling seafood straight from its own fleet of fish and lobster boats. The fresh seafood counter sits alongside a fish-and-chip shop with indoor and beachfront seating, plus online ordering and wholesale supply.

The co-op runs the famous daily pelican feeding at 12 noon on the foreshore near the San Remo pier — free to watch, and the reason half the town gathers at midday. Group and school bookings are taken.

Open seven days 10.30am–7pm. Expect a queue for fish and chips at peak times.
