Bathhouse and recovery centre offering contrast therapy with hot pools, cold plunges, saunas and steam.

Contrast-therapy bathhouse on Settlement Road in Cowes: 37-degree magnesium hot pools, cold and ice plunge pools, a dry-heat sauna and a eucalyptus steam room, with an infrared sauna and Normatec compression boots as bookable extras.

A 60-minute casual bathhouse session is $40 on weekdays and $50 on weekends, with five-packs at $169 and $209. Add-ons run $25 for 30 minutes of compression boots and $35 for a 45-minute infrared sauna that includes cold plunge access; memberships are also offered.

Book sessions online — last bathhouse entry is an hour before close (6.30pm Mon–Wed, 7.30pm Thu–Fri, 3pm weekends). The infrared sauna and compression therapy are separate appointments, not part of the standard bathhouse session.
