Passenger ferry service connecting Cowes with French Island and Stony Point across Western Port.

The passenger ferry across Western Port Bay, linking Cowes with Stony Point on the Mornington Peninsula via French Island — 30 minutes Stony Point to Phillip Island, 15 to French Island. Bicycles travel too, making it a favourite of cyclists doing the island-to-peninsula loop.

Adult fares are $17.10 one way / $34.20 return, children 5–18 $7.90 / $15.80, concession $10.50 / $21, under-5s free; standard bikes are $5.30 one way. Seniors Card holders travel free on weekends and public holidays.

Four to five Phillip Island sailings run daily (more between Stony Point and French Island), with an extra midday service from 27 December to 31 January. Book ahead online to secure your preferred sailing — holiday timetables shift around Christmas.
